Head of Product – SaaS Platform

About the role

Doriane is seeking a Head of Product to drive the vision and growth of Bloomeo, its SaaS platform for agronomic research and innovation. You will work directly with the CEO and collaborate with engineering, agronomy, data science, and commercial teams to shape product strategy and deliver high‑impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the long‑term product vision and strategy for Bloomeo.
• Translate company goals into clear product priorities and roadmaps.
• Lead product discovery activities, including user interviews, workshops, and market analysis.
• Validate hypotheses through rapid experimentation and iterate on MVPs.
• Partner with engineers and designers to deliver features that meet quality and user‑experience standards.
• Monitor product KPIs, track adoption, and measure business impact.
• Foster a strong product culture and raise product maturity across the organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or complex software platforms.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.
• Experience working with scientific or agronomic data is a plus.
• Strong ability to align user needs, technology, and business outcomes.
