Head of Product Design (Remote)

About the role

Aios Medical is building an AI operating system for consumer healthcare and needs a senior design leader to shape its product experience. As Head of Product Design you will define the visual and interaction language for both patient‑facing applications and internal tools, while scaling a growing design team.

Key responsibilities

• Create and launch a comprehensive design system from the ground up.
• Elevate the user experience of the mobile app and web platforms.
• Redesign internal clinical dashboards and tools with a user‑centered approach.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a team of product designers.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to align design with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven design leadership in fast‑growing technology or healthcare startups.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments and deliver results without micromanagement.
• Strong judgment in prioritizing design work that impacts both customers and internal users.
• Experience scaling design teams and establishing design processes.
