Head of Nanofabrication

About the role

As Head of Nanofabrication at C12, you will own the strategy, development and execution of nanofabrication activities, from current wafer production to next‑generation processes. You will define and drive C12’s nanofabrication strategy, balancing technology development, process maturity and production needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the nanofabrication strategy, aligning technology development with production requirements.
• Lead yield‑improvement initiatives and develop next‑generation fabrication processes for production rollout.
• Build a robust, scalable nanofabrication organization with strong standards for process control, documentation and data.
• Recruit, develop and empower a growing team of nanofabrication engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with CTO, Operations, Chip Design and downstream teams to support the technology roadmap.

Required profile

• Significant experience in nanofabrication and advanced cleanroom processes.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams in complex R&D or prototyping environments.
• Ability to set direction, make trade‑offs and rely on domain experts.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience building structures for continuous process improvement.
