Head of Human Resources

About the role

The Head of Human Resources supports the HR Director in shaping and executing the people strategy for LVMH Métiers d’Art, a network of 17 specialised industrial companies. This senior position combines strategic HR leadership with operational excellence, focusing on talent management, leadership development, succession planning and organisational capability building.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and team effectiveness.
• Act as deputy to the HR Director on priority projects, governance topics and day‑to‑day HR leadership.
• Contribute to budget planning, resource allocation and the development of a performance‑driven culture.
• Lead the talent management agenda, overseeing performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing and individual development plans.
• Identify talent gaps and critical roles, develop tools for internal mobility and build a robust leadership pipeline.
• Design and deliver leadership development initiatives, including the creation of a dedicated Leather Academy to preserve and transmit savoir‑faire.
• Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and comply with local regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR experience in a multinational or multi‑site environment.
• Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Ability to act as a trusted business partner and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
