Head of Global Internal Communications

About the role

Join Servier at a pivotal moment to lead the newly created Global Internal Communications function, connecting 20,000 employees to the company’s mission, culture and ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deploy a 3‑year global internal communication roadmap with a clear editorial line.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a “One Team” spirit worldwide.
• Lead the redesign of internal digital platforms (intranet, newsletters, engagement tools) and oversee high‑impact content production.
• Design and organise major global events such as town halls and employee days, and support transformation projects through change communication.
• Act as a trusted business partner to the Executive Committee and senior leaders across R&D, Industry and Sustainability.
• Structure and lead the global network of communicators, manage the budget and track KPIs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Communication, Humanities or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in global internal communication, preferably in a large, transforming organization.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Proven ability to design and implement global communication strategies.
• Strong expertise in digital communication tools and multi‑channel content creation.
• Exceptional storytelling to translate complex business topics.
• Experience in change management and pedagogical communication.
