Head of Finance Transformation & Systems – Planning & Reporting

About the role

Take off with Airbus Helicopters as the Head of Finance Transformation and Systems – Planning & Reporting. Based in Marignane, France, you will lead finance transformation initiatives for the Controlling organisation, standardising and digitising reporting and planning processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of finance process and system experts across Marignane and Donauworth.
• Define and implement governance, charter and collaborative frameworks for finance transformation.
• Partner with Controlling leadership to design a forward‑looking transformation roadmap and finance data & analytics strategy.
• Drive critical projects such as new ERP reporting workstreams and promote digital innovations (RPA, AI) within the Controlling perimeter.
• Champion change management and upskilling initiatives to ensure sustainable adoption of digital tools.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in finance transformation and systems within a large international industrial environment.
• Deep expertise in end‑to‑end financial reporting, planning processes and ERP ecosystems (e.g., SAP).
• Experience building and coaching diverse, distributed teams.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of defining transformation roadmaps and driving change management.
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and fluency in English.
