Head of Ethics, Compliance & Export Control

About the role

ATR is seeking a senior leader to drive the highest standards of ethics, compliance and export control across the group and its subsidiaries. Reporting to the Corporate Secretary Directorate, you will shape policy, oversee day‑to‑day operations and build a culture of integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Programme.
• Manage export‑control, ethics and compliance matters for ATR and its subsidiaries.
• Provide training and awareness programmes on legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of five compliance professionals.
• Collaborate with commercial, procurement, finance and other departments to resolve compliance issues.
• Consult external counsel on sensitive matters and conduct investigations of alleged violations.
• Report regularly to the General Counsel, Ethics & Compliance Committee and Executive Committee.
• Identify compliance risks, implement corrective actions and promote a Speak‑up culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ethics, compliance and export‑control management, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of national and international regulations affecting the aerospace sector.
• Demonstrated people‑management skills, leading a team of compliance professionals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
