HCM Senior Associate Consultant

About the role

Huron, a global consulting firm, is hiring an HCM Senior Associate Consultant in Paris. You will help clients transform their HR organizations through Human Capital Management solutions, working on projects that cover the full Hire-to-Retire process.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HCM solutions covering end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Contribute to implementation projects using Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud and/or SAP SuccessFactors, applying market best practices.
• Run workshops with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Lead functional project activities: design, configuration, testing, deployment and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting and data migration.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and project deliverables, and manage project workstreams.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience implementing HCM solutions or supporting HR transformation initiatives.
• Previous consulting experience (Big Four or equivalent) preferred.
• Fluent French and English, spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel as required and to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.

Required skills

• Experience with at least one major HCM platform: Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR processes: Core HR, Talent, Performance, Compensation and Recruiting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
