GTM Engineer (Lead Generation)

About the role

MyTraffic, a location intelligence platform serving retail, real estate, cities and EV sectors across Europe, is launching an AI-powered product and redefining its go-to-market strategy. As a GTM Engineer, you will join a lead generation squad of three people and build and run AI-driven workflows that generate free trials and qualified meetings for account executives in France and Europe. You will work closely with Revenue Ops, Sales and Growth.

Key responsibilities

• Work daily with account executives to refine targeting, sources and personas
• Build high-quality lead lists using Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot, with intent-based or ABM approaches
• Build and run automated campaigns based on intent signals, and set up workflows for lead capture, qualification and handoff
• Run outbound campaigns and automation for account executives
• Experiment with tools such as lemlist, n8n (or Make/Zapier) and AI to cut out repetitive work
• Improve the lead generation engine from detection to conversion, and document acquisition processes

Required profile

• Curious, resourceful and comfortable with digital tools; loves testing, automating and iterating quickly
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles and digital marketing
• Background in Growth or GTM (an internship is enough)
• Analytical, detail-oriented and results-driven
• Fluent in French and English

Required skills

• Comfortable working with data (Sheets/Excel, no-code tools, CRM, possibly SQL)
• Bonus: familiarity with scraping, APIs, enrichment logic or AI tools

The process starts with a 30-minute conversation with the Head of Lead Gen, followed by a business case, a 45-minute values interview and a 30-minute meeting with the Chief Marketing Officer.
