Growth Manager - EdTech (French fluent)

About the role

Paradox is looking for a hands‑on Growth Manager to shape its EdTech ecosystem. You will own the entire funnel, from hypothesis generation to experiment launch, using AI tools daily to accelerate iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and analyse A/B and CRO experiments, iterating quickly based on data.
• Leverage Claude Code and automation platforms (n8n/Make) to build prompt pipelines, generate creatives and ship scripts.
• Build and optimise funnels: landing pages in Webflow, tracking setups, and automation flows.
• Identify friction points in the user journey, audit pages and ship fixes immediately.
• Work with analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, Clarity) to extract actionable insights.
• Contribute to acquisition channels and growth loops, providing data‑backed briefs to the Content Factory.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in growth, CRO or performance marketing, preferably with SaaS or digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped experiments, landing pages, automations or audience segments.
• Daily use of AI tools to create leverage and solve complex problems.
• Curiosity, hands‑on execution, precision in hypothesis testing and agility in fast‑moving environments.
• Fluent French (native/bilingual) and fluent English for written communication.
