Growth Hacker – AI Native (French fluent)

About the role

Paradox is looking for a hands‑on Growth Hacker who can turn insights into measurable growth using AI tools. You will build, test, and ship experiments that improve funnels, create assets, and accelerate iteration speed while working remotely or from the Dubai office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and analyze A/B and CRO experiments, digging into data to identify winners.
• Map and build funnels, landing pages (Webflow), automations, and tracking setups, ensuring everything works before scaling.
• Identify friction points in user journeys, audit low‑performing pages, and ship immediate fixes.
• Develop AI prompt pipelines and lightweight automations with tools like Make, n8n, Claude, and Cursor.
• Monitor analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, Clarity) to extract actionable insights and eliminate vanity metrics.
• Collaborate on acquisition angles and growth loops, providing data‑backed briefs to the Content Factory.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in growth, CRO, or performance marketing, preferably with SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital products.
• Curiosity to dig deep into user behavior and translate data into hypotheses.
• Hands‑on execution mindset: you build, ship, and iterate without waiting for instructions.
• Fluent French (native/bilingual) and fluent English for written communication.
