About the role

Lago is seeking a Growth Chief of Staff to translate founder‑defined priorities into scalable systems. You will operate across go‑to‑market, operations and growth, turning ambiguous ideas into concrete, repeatable processes that drive revenue and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own account outreach and nurturing workflows from the ground up.
• Improve website conversion rates and streamline CRM handoff processes.
• Manage press, social media and brand initiatives aligned with founder‑led priorities.
• Build dashboards, alerts and operating cadences to keep the team accountable and continuously improving.
• Convert founder‑driven motions into repeatable campaigns, playbooks and automated workflows.
• Leverage AI tools and automation while ensuring human oversight where needed.
