Graphic Designer – Production (H/F)

About the role

Hirsch Group is expanding its Global Marketing team and needs a Production Designer to turn creative concepts into polished, market‑ready assets. Reporting to the Brand Director and the VP of Marketing Operations, you will ensure that all visual materials are on‑brand, high‑quality, and ready for print or digital publication.

Key responsibilities

• Convert approved brand and campaign ideas into production‑ready assets for print and digital channels.
• Create and maintain sales and product collateral such as datasheets, brochures, specification sheets, sell sheets, presentations, and case studies.
• Design digital marketing assets including display banners, paid‑social creatives, web banners, and campaign visuals in all required formats.
• Produce static and templated graphics for LinkedIn and other social platforms, aligned with the global content calendar.
• Localise master assets for international markets, adapting language, units, regulatory information and contact details while preserving brand consistency.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork with correct bleed, crop marks, colour profiles and perform pre‑flight checks.
• Build and maintain reusable templates in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva.
• Organise a version‑controlled digital asset library for easy retrieval and reuse.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer or in a Creative Studio, preferably in a B2B, industrial or regulated environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using Canva for template creation.
