About the role

Airbus is launching the AGGP2027 Graduate Program in its Quality Department, starting in October 2027. This two‑year, personalized development journey is designed to build your technical, business and leadership capabilities while you contribute to critical quality initiatives across global aircraft programs.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a "Quality First" mindset to drive operational excellence.
• Lead systemic root‑cause analyses to eradicate quality issues.
• Leverage data‑driven insights to predict and mitigate risks.
• Oversee integration of advanced quality standards throughout the product life‑cycle.

Required profile

• A degree in Production, Quality, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Recent graduate or limited professional experience in project management with a solid technical understanding of processes and quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Desire to work collaboratively and drive future innovation.
• Self‑awareness and motivation to take ownership of personal development.
