About the role

The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) programme is a 10‑month development journey starting in August 2027. Participants rotate through 3‑4‑month assignments across Sales, Commercial and Supply & Logistics functions, working on real business projects while following a 70‑20‑10 learning model (70 % on‑the‑job, 20 % exposure, 10 % formal training).

Key responsibilities

Deliver real‑world projects in sales, commercial, supply and logistics areas.
Rotate through multiple business functions and travel within France and across Europe as required.

Required profile

Recent graduate (degree obtained ≤ 2 years before September 2027) with ≤ 2 years of professional experience.
Demonstrates leadership, agility, collaboration and a strong desire to become a future leader, with willingness to relocate and travel.
