GoAnywhere MFT Consultant (Paris)

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer (MFT) Consultant to join its Paris team. You will be responsible for administering and supporting GoAnywhere MFT platforms in both on‑premises and cloud environments, ensuring reliable and secure file transfers for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of GoAnywhere MFT, including configuration, monitoring and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot complex application, platform and network issues to maintain high availability.
• Support integration of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2) and automation workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of IT experience with at least 6 years in B2B/E‑DI tools.
• At least 4 years of professional experience administering GoAnywhere MFT.
• Experience working in 24x7 support and critical incident management environments.

Required skills

• GoAnywhere MFT administration and development.
• Secure file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, hybrid cloud architectures.
• Linux/Unix systems, shell scripting, process monitoring.
• Networking fundamentals: load balancers, firewalls, reverse proxies, SSL/TLS.
• ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management.
