Global Tech Process Manager – Finance & Tax

About the role

The Global Tech Process Manager – Finance & Tax will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Finance (FI) processes within Pernod Ricard’s LEAP transformation program, a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. The role works closely with business, technology, and integration teams to ensure a harmonised, future‑proof ERP landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine Finance processes in SAP S/4HANA, translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Perform hands‑on SAP FI configuration (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, Treasury integration with Kyriba) while adhering to the global template and clean‑core principles.
• Collaborate with developers and system integrators on RICEFW objects, data mapping, interfaces, and reporting.
• Lead testing activities (unit, integration, UAT), manage defects, and provide business support during adoption.
• Support data migration, validation, cut‑over preparation, and go‑live stabilization.
• Contribute to industrialisation, documentation, and continuous improvement of the global Finance template.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance or Business.
• 5–10 years of experience in SAP Finance, with proven SAP S/4HANA FI implementation experience (greenfield preferred).
• Strong hands‑on configuration/customising expertise across core FI areas.
