Global Senior Learning Manager - Transformation

About the role

Join Pernod Ricard’s ambitious LEAP transformation program as a Global Senior Learning Manager – Transformation. Based in the central Paris office, you will lead the design, piloting, delivery and industrialisation of up‑skilling and re‑skilling programmes that support the group‑wide ERP (SAP) implementation and new data‑driven ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a global learning and capability framework aligned with the LEAP roadmap and Pernod Ricard University standards.
• Structure coherent learning journeys for each LEAP phase (Path‑to‑Readiness, Activation, Deployment) using a 70/20/10 approach.
• Design, pilot and scale up‑skilling programmes for local affiliate teams and the central LEAP team, covering both hard (process, SAP, project management) and soft (leadership, change facilitation) skills.
• Ensure learning interventions are embedded in LEAP milestones and business realities, and are industrialised across geographies.
• Collaborate with PRU and Transformation Adoption to align tools training with capability development.

Required profile

• Significant experience in learning design, capability building or talent development within large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record of managing transformation‑related learning programmes at a global scale.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementations, preferably SAP, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across multiple affiliates and functions.
