Global Program Delivery Manager for New ERP

About the role

Join Airbus Helicopters as the Global Program Delivery Manager for the New ERP program at the Marignane site. You will lead the definition and execution of the global roadmap, ensuring integrated solutions across all core models are delivered on time, on cost and on quality.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the program’s development and deployment strategy, including the overall IT landscape transformation.
• Maintain detailed integrated planning for all S/4HANA activities and dependent projects, coordinating with core model project managers.
• Synchronise milestones across contributing teams and ensure realistic, reliable planning.
• Monitor execution, raise escalations for deviations, and build mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Lead Go/No‑Go reviews at critical milestones and manage risks and opportunities related to solution delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in highly complex IT projects, especially SAP implementations.
• Strong analytical rigor with facts, plans and figures.
• Excellent team‑player attitude and relationship‑management skills across program, system integrator and business units.
• Professional proficiency in English.
