About the role

The Project Logistics Coordinator supports the Logistics Department by managing international multimodal shipments for company projects. The role ensures end‑to‑end delivery while meeting cost, quality and timeline targets through close collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and monitor ocean, air and road freight according to project requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate logistics flows with project teams, procurement and operations, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
• Maintain relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, agents and other logistics service providers.
• Track shipments, identify potential delays or risks, and communicate deviations to relevant parties.
• Enter and update accurate logistics data in the ERP system and shipment‑tracking tools.
• Prepare and distribute shipment pre‑alerts to vessels, agents and project teams.
• Monitor logistics costs, support cost‑optimization initiatives and report key performance indicators such as OTIF, lead time and service quality.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects within the logistics function.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Transportation or a related field.
• Proven experience in international multimodal logistics coordination, preferably in a project‑based environment.
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes, Incoterms, customs procedures and international trade regulations.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work across multicultural teams.

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
