Global Key Account Manager - Connectivity

About the role

As a Global Key Account Manager for the Connectivity division, you will drive revenue growth by delivering technical support, compliance testing and certification services to the electrical and electronic industry. You will expand SGS’s footprint by building strong relationships with manufacturers and distributors worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and retain the existing customer portfolio while identifying new global prospects.
• Qualify and prospect industrial manufacturers and distributors operating in France and internationally.
• Analyse customer needs and create comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
• Monitor project progress daily, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met in collaboration with internal teams.
• Interpret commercial data to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
• Represent SGS at professional events to promote services and generate new leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, international trade or related field.
• 3‑5 years of sales experience, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of international trade practices and regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
