Global Director of Logistics & Fulfilment

About the role

Too Good To Go is the world’s leading app fighting food waste, connecting surplus food from manufacturers and retailers with consumers at a discount. We are looking for a Global Director of Logistics & Fulfilment to own and scale the end‑to‑end Parcels logistics engine across multiple continents.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global fulfilment strategy that balances cost efficiency, service quality and rapid international growth.
• Build and scale a best‑in‑class fulfillment network, overseeing inbound warehousing, repack/kitting, inventory management, pick‑pack, carrier handoff, last‑mile delivery and returns.
• Lead a global team of 15+ members across 10+ countries and sit on the Global Parcels Leadership Team.
• Evaluate, select, negotiate and manage relationships with 3PLs, carriers and data‑visibility providers.
• Establish operational standards with partners, including facility design, process flows and repack specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement, performance monitoring and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in logistics, fulfilment or supply‑chain operations, preferably in a high‑growth, multi‑country environment.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on operational execution.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, create structure quickly and make trade‑offs at scale.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
