Global Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

EUROAPI is seeking a Global Customer Service Coordinator to join its Supply Chain team at the Paris headquarters. You will act as the central point for processing client orders across a defined geographic zone, ensuring seamless interaction between sales, production sites, and customers while upholding the company’s high standards of integrity and ethics.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the electronic order entry tool (Esker) and forward them to the appropriate production sites.
• Verify purchase order details, pricing, incoterms, and payment conditions against approved data in SAP and the LEAP sales tool.
• Maintain and archive order‑related documents (POs, confirmations, etc.) and keep the procedure library up to date.
• Coordinate creation or modification of customer accounts, collecting required documentation and collaborating with Master Data and Sales teams.
• Serve as the SAP Key User for order processing and act as a liaison for any data discrepancies.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in industrial customer service or order management.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain processes within a pharmaceutical or chemical environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders.
