Global Account Manager – Insurance Cloud Solutions

About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a senior Global Account Manager to lead the relationship with one of the world’s largest insurance companies. Based in Courbevoie, you will drive cloud adoption, digital transformation and AI‑enabled innovation across the insurer’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end relationship with the insurer, acting as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and execute complex enterprise sales motions, including enterprise discount programs and strategic collaboration agreements.
• Shape the customer’s long‑term cloud strategy and influence AWS product roadmap based on the insurer’s needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional AWS teams (Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Partner Sales, etc.) to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities across the insurer’s global footprint, leveraging AI/ML, generative AI and data analytics solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience, with at least 5 years managing large, complex global accounts.
• Proven track record of delivering ambitious revenue and financial targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of cloud computing and AWS services.
• Experience with AI/ML, generative AI and data analytics technologies.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise technology and digital transformation.
