About the role

As a User Support Manager for Accounting at BDO, you will join the Service Assistance Métiers Expertise Comptable, Audit et Juridique. The team’s mission is to help internal users master the accounting‑related IT tools they rely on daily.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line assistance to users encountering issues with accounting software and related applications.
• Guide users through the proper use of IT tools, offering training sessions and documentation as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex cases to specialised teams when required.
• Collaborate with the accounting, audit and legal departments to ensure tools meet functional requirements.
• Maintain records of incidents and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

Required profile

• Experience in user support or help‑desk environments, preferably within a finance or accounting context.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical assistance.
• Excellent communication skills in French, both written and verbal.
