About the role

As a User Support Manager for Accounting, you will join BDO's Service Assistance for Accounting, Audit and Legal professions. The team helps users adopt and effectively use their IT tools.

Key responsibilities

Provide first‑line assistance to accounting, audit and legal users for their software applications.
Guide users in the proper use of accounting and related IT tools.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
Document common problems and create user guides or quick‑reference materials.

Required profile

Experience in user support or help‑desk environments, preferably within finance or accounting contexts.
Good understanding of accounting processes and related software.
Strong communication skills in French.
