About the role

LEA Linking Executive Associates, on behalf of a renowned accounting firm, is looking for an experienced payroll manager to join a dynamic team in Aubagne. The position focuses on managing the complete payroll cycle using the SILAE software solution.

Key responsibilities

Process monthly payroll for the firm’s clients using SILAE.
Ensure payroll calculations comply with French legislation and collective agreements.
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and update relevant data in SILAE.
Collaborate closely with accountants and HR colleagues to resolve payroll queries.
Prepare and deliver payroll reports and statements to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

Proven experience as a payroll manager (confirmed level).
Strong knowledge of French payroll regulations.
Ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
