About the role

The University of Nantes seeks a dedicated manager to oversee the admission process for international students who are not part of exchange programmes. Working under the head of incoming mobility and in collaboration with the TRITON project team, the manager will guide applicants from submission through arrival and throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage application procedures using the university’s various admission platforms.
• Monitor selection and admission processes for international master and graduate programmes.
• Promote Nantes University’s international training offers and contribute to its attractiveness strategy.
• Accompany students during the entire enrolment journey, including arrival, welcome, and ongoing support.
• Handle transversal dossiers related to the internationalisation of master’s and doctoral programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum BAC+2 qualification in administrative management or student mobility.
• Proven experience in administrative management, preferably within higher‑education or student services.
• Familiarity with university admission calendars and coordination between European and International Direction and Research, Partnerships and Innovation Direction.

• 12‑month fixed‑term contract (CDD) with possible renewal.
• Salary according to university charter: net €1,517.72 (gross €1,889.36) for 0‑5 years experience, net €1,794.20 (gross €2,232.43) for >15 years experience.
