About the role

Foncia, a subsidiary of the Emeria group and a leader in real estate services, is hiring a Gestionnaire Clientèle Copropriété (F/H) on a permanent contract. The position is based in Menton, France, and will support the company's network of more than 600 agencies and 10,000 employees.

Key responsibilities

Manage client relationships for co‑ownership properties.
Act as the primary point of contact for co‑ownership clients.
Collaborate with local agencies to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Contribute to the development and growth of the co‑ownership portfolio.

Required profile

Experience in property management or real‑estate client service.
Strong communication skills in French.
Ability to work effectively within a team‑oriented environment.
Motivation to contribute to a growing national and international network.
