Gestionnaire ADV Grand-Compte – Interim (F/H)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administration Manager (Gestionnaire ADV) to support our Grand-Account portfolio on a 6‑month interim basis in Marseille. You will act as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring smooth order processing and coordination with the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full order-to‑cash cycle for major accounts, from quotation to invoicing.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment actions when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the sales administration system.
• Provide regular status reports to internal stakeholders and resolve any customer issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Administration Manager (Gestionnaire ADV) in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
