Fuselage Plant Coordination – A350 (M/F)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Fuselage Plant Coordinator for the A350 program. Based in Toulouse, you will act as the central interface between manufacturing units, suppliers, quality, logistics and planning teams to ensure timely delivery of fuselage components.

Key responsibilities

• Organise handovers (HO) and sign off Quality Gate H (QGH).
• Support TOAs and escalate blocking issues during internal and external SQCDP forums.
• Secure industrial planning for assigned areas and make criticality decisions.
• Participate in weekly FAP meetings to bridge gaps between handovers and backlog.
• Coordinate quality survey reports (QSR) with secondment teams.
• Manage factory completions with ME (structure, mechanics, test) and bi‑annual industrial bilateral meetings.
• Consolidate and communicate recurring issues across disciplines, driving corrective actions.
• Contribute to logistics processes and ensure MCAs (sections, wings, HTP, VTP, pulons) meet FAL prerequisites.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating manufacturing or aerospace production flows.
• Strong understanding of quality, logistics, planning and supplier interfaces.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders across Airbus sites.
