Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Occupational Health

About the role
Alan is building a new occupational health service called Prévenir, integrating insurance, prevention, and care. As a Fullstack Software Engineer you will help create the AI‑first medical platform that powers patient files, audio transcription, risk assessments, video consultations and scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain full‑stack features for the occupational health platform.
- Collaborate with product, design and medical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement AI‑driven components such as audio transcription and risk analysis.
- Ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Contribute to the scalability of the system to support thousands of workers and health professionals.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑growing startup environment.
- Experience building SaaS applications for complex domains.
- Comfortable working across the entire technology stack.
