Full‑Stack Data Engineer

About the role

Join Alan’s Data Team to shape the future of preventive health insurance. You will turn raw data into actionable insights and build data‑driven products that directly improve members’ wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse health consumption patterns, product usage and sales performance to generate business‑critical insights.
• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and tooling using SQL, Python, R, Airflow, Snowflake and Metabase.
• Automate reimbursement processes and create self‑service data products for internal teams.
• Own and evolve the company’s data infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering and science stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end data solutions.

Required profile

• Passionate about solving ambitious problems with simple, robust solutions.
• Proven impact in a previous data‑focused role or strong potential to deliver it.
• Willingness to work across the three data dimensions (analytics, engineering, science) – specialization in one is acceptable.
• Excellent communication skills, humility and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
