Full-time Makeup Artist – Nice

About the role

Hourglass Cosmetics, a vegan and cruelty‑free luxury beauty brand, is looking for a full‑time Makeup Artist to work in its Nice store. You will combine artistic talent with sales expertise to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive daily sales.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily sales targets.
• Act as a brand ambassador, following Hourglass guidelines and maintaining brand image.
• Build a client‑based business through personalized makeup consultations.
• Develop strong relationships with store staff and management to enhance retailer partnership.
• Provide outstanding internal and external client service.
• Respect retailer procedures, brand confidentiality, and store policies.
• Submit weekly sales reports.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with customers and team members.
• Inspirational makeup artist with coaching experience and a passion for beauty, luxury, design, and art.
• Curious and eager to learn all aspects of beauty and counter business development.

Required skills

• Prior makeup artistry or skincare experience.
• Luxury retailer experience preferred.
• Exceptional makeup artistry skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Sales experience and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
