Full-time Innovation Management Faculty – Assistant/Associate Professor

About the role

emlyon business school seeks a full‑time faculty member at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to join its Innovation Management team. The position starts in September 2027 and combines high‑impact research with innovative teaching across undergraduate, graduate, and master programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cutting‑edge research in Innovation Management and publish in top‑tier journals.
• Design and deliver action‑based learning experiences linked to corporations, startups, NGOs, and other ecosystem partners.
• Teach courses for BBA, Programme Grande École, and master‑level students, primarily on the Lyon campus.
• Supervise doctoral candidates and contribute to funded research projects.
• Participate in institutional service such as curriculum design, program management, and external representation.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline.
• Proven record of publications in top‑tier (FT‑listed) journals.
• Ability to supervise Ph.D. students and collaborate on research grants.
• Interest in pedagogical innovation and programme development.
• Fluency in English and willingness to relocate to Lyon (relocation support provided).
