Full-Stack Engineer – Internal Tools for CEO Office

About the role

Arago is seeking a Full‑Stack Engineer to build the internal software layer that powers the company’s operations. Working directly with the CEO and senior management, you will design, develop, and ship production‑grade internal tools that accelerate workflows and embed AI capabilities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal tools and dashboards for operations, recruiting, finance, and engineering coordination.
• Integrate large‑language‑model (LLM) workflows, autonomous agents, and retrieval systems to automate and augment company processes.
• Deploy, monitor, and operate applications on‑premise or in self‑hosted environments, ensuring reliability, security, and data confidentiality.
• Collaborate in rapid iteration cycles with the CEO and management team: gather requirements, prototype quickly, and refine based on real usage.
• Establish lightweight engineering practices such as version control, testing, and monitoring suitable for fast‑moving internal products.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Full‑Stack Developer.
• Proven track record of building and shipping production‑grade SaaS applications end‑to‑end (frontend, backend, database, deployment).
• Product mindset: comfortable talking to users, scoping pragmatically, and shipping in days rather than quarters.
• Proficient English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Modern web stack: TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI or Node.js.
• Database: PostgreSQL.
• Containerisation and deployment: Docker, Linux, CI/CD pipelines.
• AI integration: experience with LLMs, AI APIs, agentic frameworks, and tool‑calling patterns.
• Basic security and access‑control knowledge.
