Frontend Engineer

About the role

Spiko is building a treasury‑management infrastructure for SMEs, non‑profits and fintechs. We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to own the architecture of our customer‑facing web application and our marketing landing page, set frontend standards, and deliver delightful user experiences together with designers and full‑stack engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the architecture of the customer‑facing web app using Next.js, React, Tailwind and Shadcn.
• Define and enforce frontend standards for code quality, accessibility, performance and testing.
• Build complex, data‑rich UIs in close collaboration with the design team.
• Improve developer experience through tooling, CI/CD and AI‑assisted development workflows.
• Own the technical setup of the marketing landing page and enable safe iteration by the marketing team (≈25% of time).

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a frontend or full‑stack engineer with deep expertise in React and Next.js.
• Strong TypeScript fundamentals and a high bar for code quality, accessibility and performance.
• Proven experience defining frontend architecture, standards and tooling in fast‑moving environments.
• Product and design sensibility with a focus on UX and pixel‑perfect UI.
• Comfortable working in an English‑speaking environment.
