Front-End Engineer (React)

About the role

Blockchain.com is looking for a Front-End Engineer with experience in crypto and Web3 technologies to join its engineering team and help build the next-generation Blockchain apps. The role sits in the Web Front-End team, which covers all web user interfaces for the consumer side of the business, such as the Wallet, DEX and crypto on-ramp. It is based in the Paris office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve existing applications serving millions of users, and develop new ones for cutting-edge crypto solutions.
• Integrate Web2 and Web3 technologies and APIs to enhance wallet and decentralized exchange (DEX) functionality.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end engineers and business stakeholders to deliver a high-quality user experience.
• Share knowledge with teammates and advocate for best practices, code quality and test coverage.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience with front-end technologies, focused on React, NextJS and TypeScript.
• Experience with blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies and Web3 development.
• Ability to manage the full lifecycle of tasks independently and take ownership of the quality of your work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
