About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑speaking Trainee Recruiter to join a leading consulting firm in either Bordeaux or Rouen. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop core recruitment skills while supporting senior consultants on live assignments.

Key responsibilities

Identify and screen suitable candidates for open positions.
Build and grow your own recruitment desk.
Prepare candidate CVs for client submission.
Arrange interviews between candidates and senior consultants.
Contact potential clients via phone or email.
Shadow senior consultants to learn daily recruitment activities.

Required profile

Native or fluent French (oral and written).
Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
Academic or professional background in HR or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Customer‑oriented mindset with relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
