French‑Speaking Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Trainer (6‑12 month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French‑speaking Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Trainer to join a major rollout in France. The role is a 6‑12 month contract focused on delivering high‑impact training that enables business users to work confidently with the system.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom, workshop and virtual training sessions in French for end‑users.
• Create and maintain user guides, quick‑reference sheets and other training documentation.
• Provide floor‑walking and post‑go‑live support to ensure smooth adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and change‑management teams to align training with rollout phases.
• Travel across France up to twice a month, typically for 1‑3 days per visit.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM training to business users.
• Fluent spoken and written French (essential) and strong English communication skills.
• Engaging presentation style with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Willingness to travel regularly and a valid driving licence.
