About the role

Join Imperial Brands as a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist based in Athens. You will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers seeking assistance with consumer electronics products, warranties, and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via phone, email and live chat to French‑speaking clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on consumer electronics devices and guide customers to resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product catalogues, releases, firmware updates and promotions.
• Process orders, returns, replacements and warranty claims in line with company policies.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify recurring issues and proactively escalate them to technical or management teams.
• Collaborate with technical support, logistics and quality assurance to ensure a premium customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
