French Speaking Service Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Service Coordinator to join the One Europe Service team of a leading Danish material‑analysis company. Based in Champigny‑sur‑Marne, you will support the Western European market by ensuring that service visits and repairs are planned efficiently and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate service visits for Field Service Engineers across Western Europe.
• Maintain daily contact with technicians and customers via phone and email.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to align schedules and resources.
• Create service orders and contracts in the ERP system.
• Arrange spare parts, handle invoicing, and upload documentation to the customer portal before visits.
• Keep the customer database and related documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Native‑level written and spoken French.
• Fluent English, the corporate language.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑cultural environment.
• Experience in coordination, customer service or administrative support.
• Proactive team player with a solution‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems for order and contract management.
