French-Speaking Customer Support Expert – Athens

About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Support Experts to join our team in Athens. You will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers who need assistance with consumer electronics products and services offered by Imperial Brands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via phone, email and live chat to French‑speaking clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on consumer electronics devices and guide customers to resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product catalogues, firmware updates and promotional offers.
• Process orders, returns, replacements and warranty claims in line with company policies.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify recurring issues and proactively escalate them to technical or management teams.
• Collaborate with technical support, logistics and quality assurance to ensure a premium customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in technology and consumer electronics.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to handle inquiries empathetically.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system to record and track customer interactions.
