French Customer Care Representative – Relocation to Sofia

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Care Representative to join a leading digital solutions provider. The successful candidate will relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and deliver high‑quality support to international customers in French.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, timely assistance to customers in French via phone, email and chat.
• Answer product‑related questions, manage orders and resolve issues.
• Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Handle complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and solve complex cases.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in French (written and spoken).
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
