French-Bilingual IT Support & Odoo ERP Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a French‑bilingual IT Support & Odoo ERP Assistant to join a growing team of 60‑70 internal staff. The role combines daily help‑desk support, Odoo ERP workflow management, and assistance with cloud and AI‑driven tools, all performed remotely from France.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
• Maintain, optimise and extend Odoo ERP, including building custom apps, workflows and automations.
• Assist with cloud‑based solutions and AI‑related projects, applying basic prompting techniques to improve internal processes.
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of technical tasks.
• Document IT procedures, incidents and resolutions for future reference.
• Participate in IT improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP, including app development and workflow management.
• Proven experience in IT support or help‑desk environments serving multiple users.
• Comfortable working with cloud platforms and AI tools.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work independently.
