Freelance Recruiter – Global Recruitment Partner (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our global recruitment partnership program. Based in France and working fully remote, you will source, screen, and place candidates across multiple industries, earning commission-based rewards for successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing for diverse vacancies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals and social media.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial recruiter interviews, and obtain Right to Represent authorizations.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining clear communication throughout.
• Submit qualified candidates via the designated recruitment platform and keep accurate candidate records.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with candidates and recruitment stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in one or more sectors (IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Executive Search, etc.).
• Proven sourcing expertise and ability to work independently on multiple hiring assignments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Professionalism and commitment to delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.
