Freelance Airport Passenger Support – Nice Airport

About the role

FlightHelp is looking for on‑call freelancers to assist passengers at Nice Côte d'Azur Airport when significant flight disruptions occur. You will act as a friendly point of contact, informing travelers about their rights and how FlightHelp can help them claim compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to notifications from the operations team about delayed or cancelled flights.
• Travel to the arrivals area of Nice Côte d'Azur Airport at short notice.
• Distribute informational flyers to affected passengers and explain the assistance process.
• Provide calm, professional, and reassuring communication with travelers.

Required profile

• Residence in Nice or the surrounding area.
• Good command of French (minimum B2); English or additional languages are a plus.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable interacting with the public.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required.
