Freelance AI Trainer – Science/Health/Aviation Researcher (8‑20 hrs/week)

About the role

Join 10x Team as a freelance AI Trainer, helping cutting‑edge AI labs improve scientific accuracy across biology, medicine, public health, physics, aerodynamics and related fields. Work remotely for 8‑20 hours per week, providing expert feedback that shapes how AI understands and generates technical content.

Key responsibilities

• Review and critique AI‑generated scientific explanations, data summaries and technical documentation.
• Assess the accuracy, clarity and relevance of AI suggestions for scientific problems, research analysis and health assessments.
• Create, extend and refine real‑world scenarios, problem sets and case studies within your domain of expertise.
• Identify logical errors, risks and gaps in AI outputs and deliver structured, actionable feedback.
• Guide AI in applying key domain concepts, laboratory procedures and specialized terminology.

Required profile

• Current or former university student or graduate in a science, health or aviation‑related field (PhD, MSc or upper‑level undergraduate).
• Based in the EU or the United Kingdom.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented and able to spot inaccuracies or flawed reasoning.
• Excellent written communication skills and comfortable providing clear, constructive feedback.
• Available 8‑20 hours per week and able to work asynchronously and remotely.
