FP&A Manager

About the role

Kraft Heinz, the world's fifth-largest food and beverage company, is looking for an FP&A Manager in Paris. The role owns the full P&L and drives the monthly FP&A agenda, supports the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and links Marketing, Sales Planning and the wider finance team. It is also a people management role, with responsibility for leading and developing one direct report.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FP&A across all categories with full P&L responsibility.
• Understand and influence revenue and cost drivers across the business.
• Run the monthly actualization process, including P&L variance analysis, insights and issue resolution.
• Support the Demand Review by partnering with marketers on demand forecast inputs and validating driver assumptions.
• Support the build of the AOP and Strategic Plans.
• Analyse business results and recommend actions to achieve financial targets.
• Prepare modelling, analysis and management summaries and presentations for business reviews.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling or business partnering, ideally in FMCG or a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong P&L understanding and solid commercial acumen.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

What we offer

• Gross annual target base salary of 52,542 to 58,380 EUR for a full-time contract, depending on skills and experience.
• Performance-based bonus of up to 25%, subject to the bonus scheme terms.
