FP&A Analyst – Cost Control

About the role

Join the FP&A team at Questel as a Cost Control Analyst. You will be responsible for producing reliable financial reports, supporting budgeting cycles, and improving data quality across product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly business reviews for assigned product lines, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
• Maintain and enhance data quality, implementing checks and collaborating with Sales, Operations and Finance teams.
• Drive the transition from Excel‑based reporting to BI tools, consolidating data in a single environment.
• Automate reporting processes to reduce delays and increase efficiency.
• Support group reporting for investors, building monthly P&L statements and ensuring consistency.
• Participate in budget, reforecast and business‑plan cycles, creating templates, gathering inputs and coordinating budget meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably within an international group or a Big 4/audit environment.
• Self‑starter with strong analytical mindset and ability to design processes and dashboards from scratch.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
